Blue Shield Asphalt Paper
Blue Shield 3030/3050 is primarily used as an underlayment for wood and tile flooring. This asphaltic laminated paper provides barrier to moisture and restricts the rate that moisture vapors interact with flooring. These properties allow for the best possible protection against warping, buckling, and cracking of a floor surface. Blue Shield 3030/3050 is classified as duplex Grade "B" asphalt laminated paper.

Blue Shield 3560/3580 is a reinforced, asphalt laminated barrier paper. Industrial packaging applications are the most common use of this grade of paper. The barrier properties of the asphalt lamination and the durablity of tri-directional fiberglass provide export crating, metal packaging and other industrial markets a high quality protective paper.
